The Customer is Always _________: fill in the blank
SJN Sales handles complaints from about 20 percent of our customers. These always take the same form: It's a scam for you to enforce your contract!
We pride ourselves on using agreements that are written in plain English--we typically write a draft, then have a legal professional review to make sure we're not giving away 15 months of service for $980 (funny story about that) or anything similarly boneheaded. Then we present the agreement and negotiate with the prospective client to assure that everyone understands the same meaning from that plain language.
So it's hard to understand how following and enforcing that agreement leads to complaints, but there you have it.
